Welcome to Cleaner Mate Pro! Qingshi Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. created this app to help you organize photos and protect your privacy. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using Cleaner Mate Pro.
By using Cleaner Mate Pro, you accept these terms. Don't agree? Please stop using the app.
Updates: We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept any changes.
l Install Cleaner Mate Pro on your personal devices
l Use all photo organization features
l Clean duplicate and similar photos/videos
l Create "On This Day" memory albums
l Use the private album with password protection
Don't modify or redistribute:
l Reverse engineer or copy the app
l Sell or share Cleaner Mate Pro with others
l Create competing products based on our app
l Use Cleaner Mate Pro for commercial purposes
Don't misuse the service:
l Only use for legal purposes
l Don't hack or break security systems
l Don't spread malware or viruses
l Don't overload our servers or disrupt service
License ends if: You violate these terms or we terminate it.
Your photo privacy is our priority. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and photos. Please read it carefully - it covers important details about data collection and protection.
We own all rights to:
l Cleaner Mate Pro app and features
l Photo organization algorithms
l "On This Day" memory features
l Private album security features
l All app content and design
All content in Cleaner Mate Pro is protected by copyright laws. You can use it as part of the app experience, but can't copy or redistribute it.
Brand Usage: Don't use our name, logo, or branding without permission.
Report Copyright Issues: Contact lanmengxi@qing-shi.xyz if you believe your rights are violated.
If your use of Cleaner Mate Pro causes problems for us or others:
l You'll cover legal costs and damages
l You're responsible for any third-party claims
l You'll help defend us against lawsuits related to your actions
Access to Paid Features
Certain features of the Software are only available through a subscription or one-time payment (“Paid Services”). We may offer a free trial period at our discretion. Upon full and timely payment of the applicable fees, you will gain access to the corresponding Paid Services for the duration of the subscription period.
The Software may be updated in the future to include additional Paid Services. If you are an active subscriber at the time such features are introduced, you may be granted access to them without any extra charge, provided that:
l No additional fee is required by us; and
l You update the Software as necessary to access the new features.
Changes to Payment Policy
We reserve the right to adjust our payment and pricing policies based on operational needs. Some features currently offered for free may become Paid Services in the future. If you fail to pay the required fees on time and in full, access to those Paid Services will be discontinued once charges take effect.
Cleaner Mate Pro may experience issues due to:
l Internet connectivity problems
l Device or system failures
l Security attacks or technical problems
l Natural disasters or emergencies
We're not responsible for:
l Service interruptions
l Data loss from technical issues
l Problems with your device or internet
l Damage from unauthorized app versions
We may:
l Update features and functionality
l Temporarily suspend service for maintenance
l Modify or discontinue features
l Limit usage based on system capacity
Only download Cleaner Mate Pro from official app stores. Unofficial versions may be unsafe and unsupported.
Minimum Age: Must be 14+ (or local minimum age)
For Minors: Get guardian permission and use under adult supervision. Parents are responsible for ensuring proper app usage.
l Stop using Cleaner Mate Pro anytime
l Choose whether to install updates
l Control your privacy settings
We may suspend/terminate your access if:
l You violate these terms
l Legal requirements demand it
l Technical or safety issues arise
Upon termination: We may delete your account data as legally required.
l Regular updates improve functionality and security
l You decide whether to accept updates
l Newer versions typically work better

If needed: Disputes resolved under People's Republic of China law through CIETAC South China Sub-Commission arbitration.
l You can't transfer your license to others
l Not exercising our rights doesn't mean we waive them
l Qingshi Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. has final interpretation authority
l Invalid terms don't affect the rest of the agreement
